Corporate America VS Network Marketing

Okay yes Network Marketing is part of corporate America as far as needing CEO, VP's and people to fill our orders and support us.
But if you have not tried to get hired by Corporate America lately you may not realize what they put you through.
What you have to do to work for Coporate America?
Send a Resume, get interviewed by several differnet peoplein the company already, and then fill out some paper work:
1.Fill out a form with all your past employment history (yes, they have your resume, but they need it hand written on their form)
2.List all the addresses of places you have ever lived
3.List all schools and training you have taken
4.List all organizations you belong
5.List all other activities you enjoyProvide 3-5 references
6.Provide 2-3 relatives for emergency notification
7.Take a drug test - all applicants are guilty of taking drugs unless then prove other wise. (I thought in America we were innocent unless proven guilty)
8.Pass a criminal background check
9.Pass a credit check
10.Take an OSHA test (100 questions)
11.Agree to wait 3-4 weeks for a pay check, they are not responsible for delayed mail or problems with payroll
12.Take a sexual harrassment test
13.Take a physical
14.Pass eye examine
15.List your spouse and dependents
16.Agree to dress code
17.Agree to hours they will decide and can change do to work load, you will be required to work overtime with no previous notice
18.After you do all the above they will determine your payand start date
19.Agree to work where ever they send you(oh some places require a pint of blood also)
What you have to do to work for Network Marketing:(visit post" How to Chose Company")
Find a product you love
Find a sponsor you can work with and learn from
Agree to the companies policies and procedures
Fill out form to join business
The pay plan is provided up front
Sell products and receive your income at the time of sale
Commission is sent usually monthy soemtimes weekly depending on the business - but you have retail sales as you make the sale
Start a few minutes after you sign up
Work your hours
Dress code - well wearing clothes is a good idea, but if you are comforable working in your bathing suit and you get customers - I don't think you will get many complaints, wearing a business suit will be a good idea in certain situations but you are an adult use your judgement
Humm....I guess corporate America makes you wear shoes too and I hate wearing shoes..(I was offered a part time contract with corporate America after they sent me a large Fedex box of paper to fill out.
I became really sorry I ever considered the job.
Its been a long time and I did not know it was so much work just to get on their payroll.)
